I wanted to use it before a hip replacement to toughen up and make my muscles more strong. I wanted to jump on it to increase cardio but so far, it has been used a few times, groaning under my weightprobably wayyyy more than it is rated forbut I so far, do not feel as though thte thing will fail and drop me.
Shipping was fabuloustimely and simplecheapyay Amazon.
Nowhere did it say it weight ratingso i am cautious on this tramp every use...if I can get a few more uses out of it before it spings and spring, I consider it about the same as if I had paid for a month at the gym and basically, never gone...to work outone just lays it out on a carpeted floor as I doand get on. Jump or bounce as I doand immediately, one feels like a kid again. I bounce to CNBC and an occasional CD playing so time just passes and before I know it, I have had a workout-
Higly recommendedeven though I will be having a new hip sometime in the near futureand will be restricted from activity like this, for sure.
One can swing arms with no problemand smile when working out-
It is a delight and 50 bucks spent on it very good use of the money!
Thank you.A friend of mine has the $200+ Needak, and that is what turned me on to the rebound concept. I opted for the TKO, because I was not sure how well I would like it once I had one at home. Both the wife and I find it a nice addition to our fitness routine. It is easy to move into the living room and work out in front of the TV, or we keep it in a spare room, and just bounce around with the MP3 player and headphones. You can get a good workout in 20 minutes. I had torn my Achilles tendon, and this was a big help during rehabilitation. This unit is sturdy, and has a nice feel to the platform, much better than the ones for sale at the big box stores. Springs are sturdy and quiet.
Buy TKO 38-Inch Mini Trampoline Now
I purchased this rebounder for a second residence and already had bought an Urban Rebounder. The TKO is much too stiff for good rebounding compared to the Urban which I (now) like so much better. It took buying the TKO to really appreciate the one I already had. Pay the extra money and buy the Urban for more comfortable exercising. This mini trampoline is just what I wanted! I have been jogging on this trampoline almost every day for 10 30 minutes without any problems for at least a month. I weigh about 165 pounds and have had knee pain with fixed position striders before. I didn''t want to spend a lot of money on this in case it hurt my knees. So far, no knee pain and I am thrilled! It seems to be well constructed and seems heavy duty enough for my purposes. While it wasn''t packaged very well the cardboard box was all beat up with holes in it and the trampoline legs were just rolling around in there at least everything was in there. One of the legs, however was missing its rubber foot which were all snugly attached, so it looked like an oversite of the person putting the pieces together properly for boxing. I did ask Amazon for a return and everything turned out fine in the end. It seemed like a lot of work to go through, to return the entire trampoline just so I could get one with all rubber feet on the metal legs. But it was also nice to know that when I did take off a rubber foot to inspect it, they had a metal ring inside of them which meant that the metal legs would be prevented from eventually making cut outs in your carpets or flooring! For the price and what I expected, I''ll give it 5 stars!I was hoping to get a mini-trampoline that would hold up to my wife''s daily 1 hour 30 minute exercise program. My wife weighs 130 lbs and exercises to music regularly. This is probably the fourth attempt to find a quality product. The springs held up on the TKO model where other brands started breaking within the first month of use. The TKO trampoline developed one problem within the first month of use. The stitching around the straps for the mesh gave way in several places requiring re-stitching with dental floss. The worst problem was the welds started to break after about three months of use around the feet and two of them actually bent because the metal frame cracked. I had to bend the legs back in place and mig weld them, hence my rating.
