I love my zumba toning sticks! they are perfect for using for Zumba and for doing any kind of toning along with step aerobics or just cardi aerobics..I am very satisfied with them!

These are fun maraca-sounding 1 lb. weight sticks to use while dancing zumba. Wish they were a heavier weight but glad I got them.
