This product is exactly as advertised. Careful what you ask for! This is a heavy duty exercise mat. It would work best in a fitness room in your house or in a gym. I find it a bit heavy for setting up on your living room floor for a quick session. But I think I will take it along camping this summer. It is a sturdy, comfortable mat, well made.

There seems to be a lot of discussion over thickness of these work out mats. This one is a good 2inches thick. This one is built like a tank. Heavy material, stitched heavily, thick pad. Seems durable and I would say worth the bread. Folds up to store easily. Probably could use as a sleeping pad.

Buyers beware, I read the reviews and saw the comment stating they received an inferrior ''Aders Fitness'' mat...I ignored it since the picture and product description CLEARLY shows ''Aeromat'' and I knew this is exactly what I wanted. Well...I too suffered the same fate. This mat is a more squishy and the vinyl is pretty thin compared to the Aeromat at my local gym. This was deceptive (borderline criminal??)to list it as an Aeromat commercial grade when that''s not even the name brand you are sending people. Fitness-outlet employee who put up this description as Aeromat-you will give an account to a Holy God for every thought word and deed...I hope you will reconsider your product description and pic which is clearly intending to be deceptive.

I had been trying to find the right mat, and this was it. Very substantial. I have a home gym with a rubber gym floor over concrete, and needed a mat that was sturdy and thick enough to handle it. This also works for my husband, who is 6''5". It folds easily for closet storage when not in use. Plenty thick and for me the right amount of firmness. Worth the money.
