I was skeptical and it took a little while to get use to, but I am now very proficient on this piece of equipment. After being a gym-alholic for over fifteen years, I bought a recumbant bike, which I use 5 to 6 times a week. I also employ light weights in my workout, but that''s more sporadic. I found that, opposite of my intention, I was neglecting my abs. This machine has turned that around for me, I keep it out, even though it can be stored quite easily, and find, when I have five to ten minutes, I can jump on it and get my stomach work done nearly every day. I love it. I can see why some will find the first attempt a bit unwieldy. It''s different than most other home machines or even the machines at the gym, but it is working for me. My abdominals are shaping up.

This items isn''t what I had in mind when I ordered it, and the VHS that comes with isn''t a "work with tape" as I had hoped for. But, after watching the tape I have developed a workout routing using the 3D Ab machine and I am enjoying it. I haven''t had it long enough to see results, but I fell that they aren''t far behind.

First of all if you don''t have the personal motivation to do or like doing sit ups then clearly this is not the tool for you! And if you are 300lbs looking to drop 20 dress sizes over night again please look away because in order to look like the stars on t.v. you will have to do

i completly recomend this product, if you do it correctly you can feel your abs working hard. you have to be focus on your goal, be persistent and sure you see results.

just only a recomendation. if you wanna see better and fast results it is very important that you burn your fat with a lot of cardio. and dont forget a good diet.

because cardio is the key to see your abbs muscles bigger and nice.
