I really wanted this to work, because I had worked out with resistance cords before, and this looked neat. However, I was unable to attach the handles to the cords. When you stretch the cord, it slips out of the handle. Also, the plastic clips seem really fragile and I was afraid it would break while I was testing it before I returned the product.
After being ill for a number of years, I decided to begin physical training, and my rehab trainer recommended using bands. It''s amazing the workout that one can get from this product. When I took the bands into the gym, the other trainers wanted to know where I had bought this product and how much it cost. I thought I had bought the wrong thing, not realizing that they were curious because of the product''s exceptional design and construction. The video has an advanced, beginning, and intermediate workout. They are so portable that they will fit in large purse or a brief case. I haven''t had any trouble at all with the handles, but I''m not physically strong YET!
