I wear this when I''m working out and when I take it off, it''s dripping in sweat. Haven''t actually measured the difference in my waistline, but my clothes do fit and look better. Starting to crack around the edges but I''m sure that''s mostly due to how tightly I personally wear it. Also took a while for it to finally show up and I wasn''t provided with a tracking number but, overall satisfied with the product, especially considering how little I paid for it.

Does not hold up. Belt is already fraying after a couple uses. And there''s not enough stretch to it so it doesn''t sit flat against the stomach. Would not buy this product again. The Belt from Bally Total Fitness is far superior. this product fails, i was able to use it 0 times, the product at best will fit 36inch and at that point you rip it, wasn''t able to use it since i''m 38inch waist so complete waste of money DO NOT BUY, BAD PRODUCT cheap rubber on cheap fabric that comes apart
