This is a great jacket for truly nasty weather. The quality seems excellent, seams etc are neat and tight, etc. The jacket is totally lined with a plastic like coating in the inside so it is virtually impermeable. it is definitely a storm shelter. That said, even with its small vents, Ive found it retains a good bit of moisture from sweating and on warmer days you may find yourself with shirts soaked underneath. Im planning on using a lighter more breathable jacket for warmer dry days. A large would normally fit my chest but that was too tight...went up to xl and this is good bu a bit bulky/wide in the body etc.

I''ll take the hit on this order, which was placed in error and vendor won''t cancel of the order. I emailed the seller as soon as I ordered the jacket in error on February 17th, and only received an email from the seller on February 23, indicating that the order couldn''t be canceled. Oh, that''s convenient for them, since they already have $100+ of my money for the jacket. I thought that consumers could be protected from issues like this, due to this age of technology and all advances, but it shows we''re not. The jacket''s good, don''t get me wrong, but the customer service for canceling an order is the worst I''ve seen so far. The whole experience left a bad taste, that''s all. The jacket itself deserves 4 stars, but the seller''s way of doing business doesn''t even merit 1/2 a star.
