Beginner Kettlebell Set Package (Men)

I bought this set of kettlebells for my boyfriend for Christmas. I intentionally ruined the surprise by emailing him links to several kettlebell products (individual kettlebells and sets) on Amazon beforehand, and asking him to make the decision with me.

This set emerged as our favorite because the wide, smooth handles on each kettlebell make for easy and effective use. The swinging motion is smooth and can be done with two hands next to one another, unless you have really big hands (neither my boyfriend nor I do).

In addition, the weight distribution in each of the kettlebells is also even. Unlike those weird plasticky kettlebell-like objects that TJ Maxx carries, the weight is distributed in an even proporition to the mass and volume of the kettlebell. I lack a physicist''s vocabulary to describe this simple phenomenon, so suffice it to say that they work.

A brief tangent-my boyfriend insisted that I keep the smallest of these at my place to use when I want to. It''s nice to pick up, swing on occasion, and have around as a resource for when I crave a kettlebell workout (sometimes I do).

Nice heavy quality kettlebells Good for my husband and the smaller ones are great for me. Would recommend for anyone.

The bells are great, they are just how they should be and even have rubber bottoms. The rough part was getting the items from UPS, they aren''t strong enough to be lifting the boxes the bells came in. I think UPS could use a set a donation. :-)
