This is a great product that works as advertised. I mainly got this product for the pull up bar. That worked great and didn''t put any marks on the wall. The the hanging pads work good but they take some getting used to. I can do leg lifts with them which really works the abs. The one thing that disappointed me was the shaking bar bell. I saw the video and I still don''t get it. Not really effective in my opinion.

In terms of the pull ups though it is great. I could not do 1 pull up when I got the gym. within about 3 weeks I can now do 3 pull ups. The key is I can do it right in my house without having to go to the gym. I work funny hours and at times I am tired and don''t feel like going to the gym. The Gold''s Gym eliminated my excuses.
