Excellent tools for stretching and strengthning

The only downside is it''s not stable enough when I do stretching excises that involves pulling the Barre to front or back. One side of the legs will always lift up from the floor, so I have to put something heavy on the legs to make it not fall down.

My wife and I train ballet and circus arts. We use this sturdy bar for bar exercises, stretching our legs and shoulders and for doing tricep dips and angled pushups (though for that is must be up against a wall). I wish it had a little more floor grip. Also, the pieces arrived without assembly instructions. Thankfully its rather easy to assemble.

I purchased this barre to use along with the Physique 57 workout DVDs. Works great with the workouts. Very easy to assemble, light enough to move it around with minimal effort.
