GoFit Gravity Straps Suspended Body Weight Training System with Carry Bag and Bob Harper Training DVD

Bought this product after purchasing Jim Karas Petite Advantage Diet book the straps are only able to be used on doors closing towards you which also have to have enough room in front of them to perform the exercises this significantly limits their use and was NOT MADE CLEAR in the product description or the book!! also the straps require much adjustment between exercises which is not made clear either, nor are you directed at how to adjust them you have to examine the photo in the book which defeats the purpose of interval training since you spend so long adjusting between exercises. Was also NOT PLEASED that it cost $5 to have them shipped and $10 to ship them back!!! very frustrated with the entire purchase.

When I purchased this product, I thought it would be easy to use and that I could use it on almost any door in my house. Wrong! Not only did it NOT come with instructions on how to put the straps together, but it won''t work on my doors. The doors have to be on the inside of the frame and close towards you. The problem with that is that you have to have a lot of space to do the exercises. And, that only leaves a limited place to "install" the straps. The video that came with the straps shows a door in the middle of the room. Who has one of those? Plus, the "exercises" went so fast that it was hard to even keep up. They weren''t even really exercises, but just a few examples of how to use the straps. So, when you do get the straps together and find a door they will fit on, the video doesn''t tell you if you are even doing the "exercises" correctly. I am seriously considering returning this item.

Excellent product -the straps work well and really help mobilize all of your muscles during a workout. I did not have any problems putting together or attaching to door.

I''m now adding to this review -a few days later. These are amazing exercise tools -I can feel a complete difference in my core muscles and posture after using these a few times, for only 20 minutes each time. Such an easy and quick way to engage a lot of muscle groups. A great purchase.

I just received theses in the mail and did my first workout immediately. I love them! I am very familiar with the TRX so that made it easy to use? I read the reviews which others posted but thought I would go ahead and chance it and see how they are. In response to the others comments. They are not difficult to adjust. at all. Maybe because I have used the TRX idk. Ill give you all the benefit of the doubt and say thats why. I do have a very large room with a bathroom attached so I use the bathroom door for anchoring. I dont for see space being an issue but dont you need some space to use exericse equipment in general anyway? Im going out of town for work in a week so Ill let you know how it goes with using them at a hotel. Im hoping that despite the hotel room door closing the opposite way that I will still be able to use them on that door otherwise I will find a place to use them in the hotel for sure!

So after my first use yes I do love them. I plan on using them daily so Ill keep you posted on the wear and if anything else comes up!

Also if you arent familiar with this type of training I urge you to look up videos on you tube or something to see how it works and the requirements so you will not leave negative comments for a product that does what it is designed to do.

Having the requirement to set this product on a particular door did not work well in my home. The space wasn''t adequate which made it restrictive in being able to follow through with the exercises. This is my second submission concerning this product. I await return info requested so I can send this product back to the sender.
