Working out with your own body weight, In my experience, will always produce faster results than free weights or machine weight. I have more isolated control and I know that my workout will be the best possible workout in the shortest amount of time. This kit gets me back to basics...there''s not one thing in the kit I wouldn''t recommend!
I like that I can take this exercise pack with me while traveling. I use it at home often and when I have to hit the road it fits great with my luggage. Allows me to exercise without bothering others staying in rooms next to mine, and gives me a great workout. Like the chest expender band most of all, but have enjoyed the pack as a whole.

This is a decent price for this workout pack. It comes with quite a few accessories and it''s small enough to take with me when I need to. My faves so far are the chest expender and the jump rope is pretty cool how it counts and keeps track for you.
