After years of not having a fitness plan, I have now been working out with Norma for two years. In that time, she has convinced me that making my workouts non-negotiable is vitally important. She is my role model for fitness and health. She practices what she preaches and as you start doing this workout you will grow stronger and more fit than you have been in years. I was not in bad shape, but I lost a total of 5 inches from my hips, abs, and thighs after about 6 months of doing her workout twice a week. And I found my triceps muscle, which I hadn''t seen in years!

My favorite thing about this workout is that it is not painful or boring. All of her exercises are carefully designed to work your muscles while still being kind to your body.

As a person who equates high intensity workouts with results, I was pleasantly surprised with this exercise DVD. I love the ease in which Norma explains exactly what you will need to complete the routines up front as well as her calm deameanor while taking you through each exercise. I was torn between the latest Insanity DVD and this one as I was looking for something new to add to my workout.
