I have the PowerVibe Motion 1 machine in black which I got at a steel of a price. It was really a nervous purchase for me. If you had ever used your mortgage to buy something you think might help you feel better, then you know what I mean. I was also reading mixed reviews about vibrati0n machines on the Internet which made it more difficult for me to make up my mind on purchasing one but I have no regrets.

After a major surgery almost a year ago, I was desperate to get back out there and do the things I love doing...such as taking care of my mind and body. This machine got me going within 2 week of use twice weekly for no more than 10mins. I can honestly say that I have more energy, flexibility and strength. It compliments my exercises by giving me a quick recovery. This is a heavy duty machine and it may look small in picture buy it of a decent size and very powerful.

The Motion one is like a motivation machine because it gives me the engergy and strength to exercise everyday and live my life to the fullest.

However, my husband is not a fan of this machine and of course he has his own reasons. I think his views are based on other things except the function and benefits of the machine. One good thing is that he did mention that I was looking really toned after my first two weeks using the machine. I also lost a few inches around my waist but I did not lose any weight.

Great machine and it''s worth every penny!!
