This gives a great work out. Really helps with stretching too. The resistance is variable depending on how you use it. Handles are comfortable and versatile. THe video that came with it also is a great 15 min mini work out. Love this product

except the included video is lame...itty bitty little disk with a too short workout with only a few exercises that can be done with this tool. i''ve tried to find more dvd''s but all the ones i found came with another resistance band. and Savasa''s website is totally lame, was hoping they would have video of more workouts using their tools or the opportunity to purchase a larger disc with more variety but no just intros to their trainers. weak.

Ok product and happy with purchase. Looked at the CD once and laughed. I collect these toys and have bought a couple off Amazon that went to the trash, but not this one. Still not my first choice but maybe yours. The handles are a bit small, but so many other products have handles that belong in the landfill. ... Harbinger, I think was the brand, had handles that were a joke. That was the set that went to the landfill.
