Chest Expander - 50 lb Resistance by Lifeline

Chest Expander - 50 lb Resistance by LifelineIf you don''t have time to go to a gym, these chest expanders are the way to go. light weight and affordable.

I''m not sure the product description makes this clear but it''s actually 150 pounds of resistance, you can reduce it to fifty pounds by removing two of the bands.

Anyway, I''m very happy with my purchase. The construction seems safe(you won''t get whipped in the face). And exercises like the back press, front chest pull, and the overhead downward pull hit the shoulders in a way thats hard to do with free weights. In conclusion, my shoulders look more muscular and the chest expander workout has a "test of strength" quality that I enjoy.

UPDATE. One of the tubes just split. Got it on July 13 broke it on August 21. Used it 3 days a week at about 3 hours a session. It was fun while it lasted.

UPDATE #2 -according to what I''ve read on strand pulling forums, putting Armor All on the resistance bands prevents them from drying out and cracking.
