Pilates Mini-Ball Advanced Workout DVD with Leslee Bender

I am a PIA certified Pilates instructor. I ordered this DVD through a professional magazine FOR fitness professionals. The video is not market-quality. The sound and imaging are not as high-tech as the commercial workouts you would buy on Amazon, in general. This was designed to be used by instructors to teach advanced Pilates techniques with a ball.

That said, it is an excellent workout. It''s tough. It''s very advanced and not designed for someone with no previous experience in Pilates. If you''ve done Mat Pilates for a while and need something harder, this is a great choice. Leslee is a fabulous, top-notch instructor who has presented at industry trade shows for many, many years and is still in high demand. Her cueing and instruction is excellent and the format of the video is done in such a way that one could follow along and use it as a home workout as well as an informational video. It''s unfortunate that one of the reviewers here recieved a poor quality DVD. I''ve had no problems with mine. But, please don''t make your decision whether to purchase based on one person''s bad experience. This is a great workout.

I was able to watch the DVD once and the second time it cracked when being removed from the case. I have never had a DVD do this. It seemded like a good video but it must have been of poor quality because it is now in the trash.
