This curl bar is very rough, so you must wear gloves unless you already have construction man hands. The bar looks like it has bent slightly in the middle (didn''t notice upon shipping). It also started making a screeching noise withing 1 week of use, (fixed with WD-40 in the open area where it has bent).I wanted this one because of the rubber ends which are nice when placing it on the floor. At this point though, I wish I bought the cheaper one.
