Excellent workout bench. Heavy duty but not too cumbersome. The bench back can adjust in six angles from 90° vertical down to flat. The seat can also adjust from flat to about 30° in four increments. The pads are firm and thick just the right amount of cushion for working out. The bench has rollers on the front that make it easier to move around the room. The front of the bench has a thick bar that you hook your feet under for power sit-ups.

I took me about an hour to assemble. The bench comes with all the tools you need to put in the button head socket screws and a cheesy little wrench. I found it was easier to use my own socket wrenches. It even comes with a small bottle of grey touch up paint to apply on scratches and dings if you want to keep the bench looking like new. Also the button head socket screws are a nice touch since the heads are smoothed and rounded to reduce the chance of snagging on your workout clothes.

Overall a really solid piece of equipment. Somewhat pricy compared to benches of lower quality but I am totally happy with this product. I use it to workout at home and it has a professional gym feel. As they say, "You pay for good equipment once, you pay for lousy equipment every time you use it." Overall I totally recommend this for anyone you will not regret owning this.

This bench has a great feel. The foam has the right firmness to it for lifting. The fixed foot rest keep you stable. I have attached a manufacturer video showing it in motion. It has transport wheels, but I keep it in my power cage. It will adjust from military to decline positions. This bench could be used in a commercial gym and is perfect for any home.

Solid bench. No issues with quality, strength, etc. For dumbells and inclined work, it''s excellent. I use it as a flat bench with a squat cage, and for that it''s ok, but not great. The butt pad is a little wide, and overall it''s a little higher off the ground than is ideal for that sort of use...unless maybe you''re 6''6+...then it''s probably perfect for you.

The perfect flat bench for anyone. This is a heavy duty, well designed, quality flat bench. Relatively easy to put together with easy to follow instructions and necessary tools and hardware provided. Although this bench is a bit on the pricy side, you certainly get what you pay for. It will take me a lifetime to wear out this bench. I think its worth the price.
