XMark XM-7628 Commercial FID Ab Combo Weight Bench

I''ve been a body solid fan for quite a while but there benches have always been so big, bulky and tall so I decided to change it up and purchase an XMark. This bench is very compact and SUPER sturdy, its very ideal if you have a small workout area. Its very low to the ground and its perfect if your working inside of a power rack. The instructions & putting it together were simple. Another thing that a lot of benches are missing is being able to adjust the angle of the the seat individually which with this bench you can. Now there are a couple small imperfections with the bench....the padding for the seat sort of deflates once you sit on and you can sort of feel a couple of screws or whatever beneath your buttocks, the back padding on mine is a little bit crooked, and the head padding is a little on the short side Im 6''1 and the top half of my head sort of hangs over the head padding when Im doing inclines. The imperfections arent anything serious and I honestly can say Im still incredibly satisfied and happy with my purchase. I recommend this bench to anyone....except if your like 6''4 or 6''5 I think you should look into something a little larger ;)

This is a great bench! It is sturdy, VERY well made, the price is right. I am SO pleased to have made this purchase. This bench is nicer than any at any gym I''ve ever been to!!! GREAT product!

This is a very nice bench I use for exercising @ home when I don''t have time to hit the gym. Very easy to assemble but will take some time.

Plenty of position options, very nice cushioning. Recommend!

XMark FID Bench XM-7628 is a beefed up version of Body Solid FID Bench GFID31. The Body Solid has a 2-inch square tube adapter for accepting attachments. The XMark has a 2-inch by 3-inch tube adapter, and there is NO ATTACHMENT AVAILABLE as of June 16, 2011. I learned the hard way. I ordered a XMark attachment and had to return it by paying shipping both ways.
