AFG 18.0 AXT Ascent Trainer

We bought this in the box. It took about 3 1/2 hours to assemble. Everything is working great from the time we plugged it in. Feels really great and adjusts to different styles of walking/climbing. Quiet and low profile for our low ceiling room.

This elliptical works great and is well built. It is very flexible to meet many differing needs for exercise styles. The iPod (etc.) player works great and makes the time pass very pleasantly.

I just bought this Elliptical last month and man it really does good! I strongly recommend warming up your muscles before using the higher resistance settings...just typical common sense when exercising! Nice and quiet too! LOVE it!
