This is a great product. I was worried that the neck strengthener would not fit on my head, as my head is smaller than average. The size is easily adjustable and can fit practically anyone. I think the weight is perfect for beginners. It will seem heavy at first, but you will slowly start to get used to the extra weight. I highly recommend it, you''ll notice the difference within the first couple of weeks if you haven''t worked out your neck prior to using this product.

I use this along with the Kytec neck strengthener (elastic band and headstrap). It''s great for doing circles or focusing on one direction. Also, if there''s an Islamic revolution I can put it on and look like a Mullah.
