I''m an above-average woman 5''11" & 230 lbs. The machine is a mite too short/small for full extension esp. in arms; leg extension/curl rollers feel ''tight'', perhaps I need to get used to the machine, pads may wear down a bit & feel more comfortable. I haven''t worked out on a machine for quite awhile use lighter free weights, but the machine just feels a bit small/short with cable & bar lengths.Go to a store and try out a Marcy machine or others to feel the fit/weight. If you know what you like, Marcy is a great buy assembly easy to moderate with diagram instructions, parts labeled & numbered, quality welding/construction, bearings/pulleys operate smoothly. Good machine if you''re sure what fits you/what you want (my bad not checking size).
This machine is well built, looks sharp and has just enough weight to maintain long term work outs with good set and rep numbers. It took me 4-5 hours to completely put together as well. The parts were well labelled, just alot of them to do.

I got this for my sons. It took us about 4-5 hours to put together but after everything I read about nightmares trying to put these types of machines together, it went together fairly easy. I was pleased that all the small parts were well labeled. I wish the bigger pieces would have been but it was easy enough to figure out. My sons tried it out today and really like it. This a great compact weight lifting machine. Due to its open air design, it doesn''t overwhelm the room or appear massive.It functions well and one is able to get a good overall body workout. Perfect for your own home gym.
The machine is packaged well and every piece, down to the last bolt, is labeled. Set up takes a few hours. Just have some patience and be careful when assembling.
