I like the quality of the product. It is stable; you don''t have to worry about is rolling around. I get a very good workout from this ball. This is the second balance ball that I have owned, the first one was a hassle to inflate. The bosu ball uses a foot pump and you can plug it up without losing all that precious air that you just pumped into it.

My only complaint is that I wish there were more dvds with different exercise routines specifically designed for the Bosu Ball. That''s the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
