HORRIBLE, cheaply made product. Though was getting a value in comparison to similar items sold at a higher price. However, as the saying goes: "you get what you paid for."

The material of the sleeves are made from a VERY thin expandable fabric. Secondly, the fitting is extremely tight and is very uncomfortable during exercise. Actual weights are not used instead it is filled with black sand. ONLY wore this three times, before one of the sleeves busted open and all of the sand spilled on the gym floor. Total waste of money, buyer beware.

I purchased this product with great expectations. For the most part I am happy with the product once I was able to get them onto my calves. Now having said that I believe someone should mention these calf sleeves are NOT for those of us with large calves. Tug too hard to get them on and you will tear a whole large enough for the weights to spill out. If I had the chance to make changes to the calf sleeves I would make two models one for the large people with large calves. The other for medium to small sleeves. BIG Note if your calf measures more than 15 inches this product might too hard to use.

I received the package yesterday. One of the sleeves was torn at the seam right out of the box. The weighted contents spilled out of the seam and covered my floor. I have no way to determine if the product is effective. I will return and try again.

I tried it again with another pair and the same outcome resulted. This time it lasted about a month before the seams came apart. I guess you get what you pay for.

when I recieeved the weights in the mail, at first glance I knew they where sucky, there are no actual weights in the sleeve it is sand packed in side. The first day I wore them they broke and sand went every where.

I bought these with the forearm weights trying to step up my workout. These will fit a 5 year old that''s about it. I should send them back but figured I would keep them in case I wear out the forearm weights. These fit my forearms better then the forearm weights and my forearms are small. I even tried to hang them up and stretch them out, didn''t work and I still cant get them past my ankle. So for now they just sit in my closet until I need them for forearm weights. Totally pointless don''t waste your time or money. Just get some strap on weights they will be much better then this piece of crap item. Wish they had half star ratings this thing would get a half a star and not a full star. For comparison I have a size 9 foot and a 13 inch calf so it isn''t like I have monster calves they are small for my size.
