Great quality, great for light resistance to rehab injured shoulders and arms. Very portable and versatile if you get additional bands. I think this was a great price for the quality and I would buy more.

Have purchased bands made by other companies and this is definitely the best quality. It is a very light resistant band but has been useful to combine with other bands when more resistance is needed. Exercise manual not that easy to understand but neither are other manuals I have looked at. Probably best to get advise from qualified instructor when starting out.

I expected three bands, but only got one. The product image says "3 Count". The item name states "Resistance Band Tube CORDS". "Cords" plural. I feel deceived, but I''m just going to chalk this up as a loss. However, I expect that within a week you will update your description to avoid misleading other customers.
