Stamina Level 3 Pure AeroPilates DVD

My mother asked that I write a review of this product. I purchased this video as a gift for my mother and she loves it! She says it an extremely good workout. She said that this is all that it should be! It is a level 3 and in order to be able to do this video, you definitely need to have been easily able to keep up and surpass level 2.

I have purchased other level 3 videos for her in the past and she says they were such a disappointment as they were actually as easy (if not easier) than the level 2 she was doing.. The whole point of buying a level 3 video is to have a better, more intense workout than you were receiving at level 2 and with this one you do! (my mom''s words)

I love the different exercises but she goes to fast in first 3 min of the warm up then slower in the new stuff so you are waiting on her, Yes, I am glad I bought it and I do have Level 1&2. I think as I learn this new routine I will know what is coming next and be able to start without waiting for her.

I needed something different to keep me exercising and this did it. I do this video with 20 minutes of running afterwards. It gives all your muscles a quick workout---it might not build muscle but hopefully it will keep you from losing it.

This DVD doesn''t play on a regular DVD player. Since I''ve also had the problem with another of this company''s DVDs, I assume its a decision and not a defect.
