Amy Bento''s Advanced Step Challenge

Amy Bento''s Advanced Step ChallengeI''ve gotten frustrated with some instructors out there where the choreography is just way too much, and I get lost and frustrated, and then not want to give the workout the effort to learn it. Amy helps that with having a preview section that slowly walks you thru the more difficult moves like the Crazy Shuffle. I highly recommend spending the time with this section, because it will improve your workout. The way the workout is, there is little breakdown in the combos, so after you know the workout, you don''t get bored with the endless breakdown of combos you know by heart, but it isn''t as frustrating as some other step workouts I''ve tried. This is a keeper for me along with Cathe''s Step Blast and Rhythmic Step. The workout is a shorter time, but it is intense, and has a bonus power up section of intervals that will get your heart rate up.

This workout rocks. Dance majors are probably the only people in the world that will be able to follow Amy''s routines on the first run.

Do not buy this if you want something you can follow the first time you watch it.

Buy this video if you want a mental & physical challenge that will take a few viewings to conquer.

Amy has done it again! This time she really challenges anyone who attemps her strategy. I found that this was a little too advanced for me, I thought that I was going to die from a heart attack. I recomend this for anyone who wants a challenge!

THIS DVD IS WAY TO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THE MOVES. WHEN YOU BUY A EXERCISE VIDEO YOU ARE READY TO JUMP IN AND START. THIS WOULD TAKE A MONTHS WORTH OF LESSONS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THIS. ONCE YOU FIGURE IT OUT, THEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER LOUD VOICE YELLING AT YOU. I AM NOT IMPRESS AND WISH I COULD SEND IT BACK.

This is by far the absolute worst step workout I have ever tried! I am not a novice so it is not that I did not have the stamina or athletic prowess necessary to keep up, in fact I have been doing step aerobics for almost 15 years and I am a certified group fitness instructor who regularly incorporates step routines into classes. Amy Bento''s advanced step is terrible her cueing is done either as or after she has already completed the move and she repeatedly uses the same terms for different moves. This workout is confusing, overly complicated and probably dangerous for most casual exercisers. If you are looking for advanced chorography research Cathe Friedrich or Rob Glick workouts.
