Leg Magic Exercise Machine with Twist Board

I just purchased the Leg Pro and already love it. It is easy enough to use and light weight to move from room to room. I, too, have no idea what to do with the twist thingy it is just laying on the floor next to the machine. My husband put it together in no time and that''s saying something. Hopefully I''ll get the results I am looking for!!!

I bought this machine for my wife and she loves it. She uses it at night when the kids got to bed, it is nice that it is quite and does not make a lot of noise. It folds up and stores very easily.

I have been very pleased with my leg pro machine. I am a beginner, when it comes to excercising, so the leg pro seemed like the perfect machine to start with. I have been following the included workout routineswhich were a nice bonus!

I didn''t give this 5 stars for the following reasons:

-one of the legs was damaged so I had to use a hammer and a malet to straighten it out before I could insert the foot-base thing

-the handle bar is not too sturdy. I am using the machine on carpet though

-I have no idea how to use the twist board that came with it and directions were not included for that.

Overall, I am happy with the leg pro
