Just as advertised! Got it for basketball workouts for those in the age ranges of 825 and They Love it!!!!! Really Intense!!! Got my Stamp of Approval for Anyone!!!

I ordered this for my 17yr old who was doing the vertimax. I was looking for an alternative to paying big bucks to use the vertimax. I was able to let the item completely pay for itself in just 2 sessions of use. Not only that but I was able to incorporate a more basketball oriented workout being able to be more portable that the bulky vertimax. I highly recommend this product. The only reason I am giving this a 4 star is that I saw the item @ dicks sporting goods for $29.99 plus tax??
