It is, however, at the extremem of it''s limits with regard to adjustability. I''m 6'' 1" and I have the seat and handlebars as high as they can go. I would prefer that the resistence go a little higher, but it is adequate for a decent workout.
Overall, this bike is very good for the price.

Received the bike prompltly and was able to set it up without too much difficulty. Maybe the problem is that I am an experienced spinner and expected a workout that was comparable to what I could get at the gym. At it''s most difficult setting, the resistance was about a 5 on a scale from 1-10. The only way I could work up a sweat was constantly sprinting, which you can''t keep up indefinetly. Also, even at it''s highest seat setting, it was at least 3 inches to short for my (34 inch inseam) legs. I know I''m tall, but not freakishly so. The only person I know personally who would get anything out of this bike is my husband''s 79 year old grandma recovering from a broken hip.Read Best Reviews of Sunny Magnetic Indoor Cycling Bike Here
Other then that the strap that hold your foot in-place on the peddle is to small it works great. The foot strap on the peddle (what ever you call it) needs to be bigger. I think it is made for a woman not a man. It causes my foot to keep hitting the bike, because my foot is to fare back. Every-time I get on it I need to remember to twist my foot out a little to keep it from hitting the bike (It should be at least 1.5 inches bigger). Other then that I like it.
