Aylio Orange Exercise Band (No Handles Included)

I will be 67 years of age this year and I wanted to improve my strength and flexibility. I had never seen or used a resistance in the real life before. I did a lot of research concerning resistance bands and watched many videos from various websites that offer resistance bands. I decided on Aylio Resistance Bands. This 40lb. Aylio Resistance Band I added to my order along with the Aylio Basic Resistance Band Kit. I have found that using these bands for just a few days noteable differences in improved strength in my arms and shoulders. I can do variations of exercises using these bands that you can''t do with "Free" weights. These Aylio Resitance Bands are extremely well made. I would recommend these to a Friend or a Stranger and Older persons who want a simple way to exercise, build strength, flexibility and balance.

I used these for a portion of P90X and while you can get a great workout with them, a couple of the bands are already fraying. I''ve only used them on wood floors with sneakers on, which I wouldn''t have expected to be a problem. One of them looks like I''ve been wearing jazz shoes on gravel. It is frayed to the point that every time I use it, I''m afraid it''s going to snap and give me a major rubber band whelp.

I wouldn''t buy these again. The bands just aren''t tough enough for lasting use. As a side note, P90X is awesome. I highly recommend it!

I bought this band about two months ago and have used it maybe a dozen times. Similar to the other review on here, I noticed that the band started to fray/tear very quickly. I probably should have paid closer attention to this, because I was using it simply for bicep curls earlier this week, when the band snapped near the nylon clip, and I got clocked in the face by the elastic.

I own the combo set Aylio sells, and haven''t had the same problem, so I was surprised that this add-on band was so poorly designed/manufactured.
