These were enough padding for me for a kickboxing class that involved work on the heavy bag. . My friend, who has longer fingers though, tore her knuckles up quite a bit using these gloves. I have used this brand for about 12 classes. The are a bit tight in the seam between the fingers (I''ve only worn these specific gloves twice now), but I imagine that will loosen up over time.Read Best Reviews of Everlast Pink Women''s Evergel Hand Wraps Here
These are a comfortable set of gel hand wraps. They are snug, as the should be, so they don''t rub against your knuckles, but remain breathable. They also seem to provide a lot of wrist support and are adjustable around the wrist depending on how tight you prefer them to be. There is a nice layer of gel protection over your knuckles and the top of your fingers, without the bulk around your palms. I find they fit nicely with my Century Leather Wrap Bag Gloves as well as with my Century 10oz Boxing Gloves. I purchased them for TKD for times when we are sparring, but did not know ahead of time, this way I can get my gear on quickly. Until now, I would where the leather wrap gloves without anything, which isn''t usually comfortable. I specifically intended to use them with my leather wrap gloves and was thinking I would continue to use my regular wraps with my boxing gloves for Muay Thai; however, these fit better then expected in both sets of gloves and they don''t loosen up during training. I can also use these Evergel Wraps on their on, for light bag work, in times when I would usually go without any gloves at all. I purchased a medium, according to the size chart, and as I mentioned, they fit just right. The size of my leather wrap gloves that I wear with them are also a medium, however, I believe the ones I have are made for men, while these are made for women. There seems to be mixed reviews on this product, either way, I think they are worth the try to see if they are the wrap for you. If you have any question, maybe I can provide additional information. Good luck, and keep up with your workout you''re doing great!UPDATED REVIEW: I am still using these but am not as happy as I was when I first got them. These gloves do tend to rub across my fingers after a good sweat. Also, the part the wraps around my wrist tend to dig into me. It is very distracting during bag work. I prefer using actual hand-wraps opposed to these; however there are still times when I have only a minute to get my gloves on and do not have time to wrap. In those instance, these are still what I grab out of my bag, until I find a better alternative. These hand wraps are exactly what I was looking for. They fit me just fine and are so much quicker to put on than the long tape kind. Everyone at the kickboxing studio has been asking me where I got them.
