I have been running and doing triathlons for a few years now and have been looking for a good belt pouch to use while running and cycling, preferably with tabs for race numbers. This pack looked too good to be true. It fits an asthma inhaler, id cards, lip balm and a small pill bottle for salt tabs and a android x2 phone. It is very light and will easily stretch to fit bigger items, however I have not tried stretching it to the extreme. The gel loops work as well as any others I have used over the years. There is only one waist adjustment tab but this also helps the simplicity of the design and cuts down the weight. The m-dot logo is reflective so you can be more easily seen in low light conditions. After trying a half a dozen different beltpacks over the years this one is by far my favorite.
