My 10 year old son wanted one of these to improve his speed and agility for football. I looked around and most of them sell for anywhere between $30-$100. The agility ladder is a simple concept and I thought about just making one of my own until I saw this one for an incredibly cheap price.

I was a little worried about the quality, but once we got to using it I can promise you this a sturdy, well-made product and just as good as the more expensive competitors. If you are looking to grabbing several of these for your team on the cheap, you won''t be disappointed. My son has used this every day for over a month now and stomped on it, gotten tangled in it and slung it around and it''s very durable. The slats are also adjustable if you want to change the width of the squares. The longer ones are also a great price, and it looks like they are made the exact same way. I''d recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this to use with my son''s soccer team. I wanted to run drills with the kids. They actually really liked it and have fun as we are running drills.

This ladder is great for the every day use I out in on it granted I''m not using cleats when I work out with this but it does its job just fine the dvd was kinda corny but showed alot of good workouts
