Bought this watch for my wife. She loves it, her words it provides accurate step counting info (main reason it was bought) and a raft of other info, small, good looking, well worth the price...

I bought this watch/pedometer for my mom for Christmas. She''s a fairly tech savvy lady who routinely uses computers and her iPod. She never was able to get the pedometer functioning properly with this watch, mainly because the watch refused to accurately set the size of her stride. Frustrated, she contacted the manufacturer''s customer service department via email and was told she would receive a response soon. She never did and we returned the watch to Amazon (who was fantastic about the return, as always). While the watch my mom received was likely defective, by the time she decided to return it she was so frustrated with it and the lack of support from customer service, that she wanted nothing to do with a replacement.

This watch was a gift for my birthday. I wanted a feminine-looking pedometer watch to count my steps every day. This watch is IMPOSSIBLE to figure out! The instruction manual is horrible! I tried to calibrate it and each time got "error" on the screen when I tried to save it. Also, the display is dim and the numbers are too small! I sent this watch back and paid twice as much for a better-looking, easier one with a large easy-to-read display and it was well worth the money! This pedometer is so frustrating! It was a total waste of time and money!
