This is a large piece of equipment, but small compared to other types of equipment . The base is large enough to do all of the floor exercises . It is quiet, powerful . Even when turned on , you can read the virtual trainer. So it''s solid. It comes with 2 extra mats for comfort. One of the things I like is the virtual trainer and the fact it has presets to guide you. No trying to follow a booklet. This particular type of exercise doesn''t feel strenuous at first. Run through the first preset which is a beginner, and within the day you''ll feel some sore muscles.You can choose to do what ever you like and how much.. You are not bound to follow any particular routine.
I did like the fact that it is so heavy, stable. Holds quite a bit of weight so one could add weights to workout.
The 7 year warranty is nice. There is one they sell for close to 2k (vibacore1000) and one higher than this, the vibacore 5000. I don''t think anyone would need the 5000 for average family. It''s a difficult decision over all when buying these things. Depends on who is using it, and why. We bought ours from the company.
