During a recent deployment I got into working out with kettle bells. I haven''t found any other exercise equipment that will give you such challenging cardio and strength workout in one. I really like that, following the right exercise program, you can build serous core strength and burn off fat like nothing else. And you do that with impact free exercises, so it''s easy on your knees and back when done correctly.The kettle bell itself is perfectly flat on the bottom, no rubber bumper. It is also perfectly molded, no pits or divots from poor manufacturing. The handle is wide enough for me to fit both my hands for two handed swings. I looked at kettle bells made by Pavel on his dragon door website. Theirs is almost $100 without the shipping cost. This kettle bell is just as good quality, costs less and is made right here in the US. If you are looking to get into working out with kettle bells and I highly recommend it. Don''t go to a big box sports store, you can find them there cheaper. But you get what you pay for. I''d rather send a few more bucks for something that is top quality that will last for years.

It is just the best one-stop place for instruction, motivation, and variety of workout routines I have found.
I think that between the cost of the video anf the purchase of the kettlebells, unless you are really dedicated, any other option that is less exspensive is smart.
