ASICS Men''s Compression Sleeveless Running Shirt

Probably my favorite shirt to run during my marathon training. It is light, feels good while running and forms perfectly to the body. I have gone through many shirts to find the one that works for me. The best thing about this shirt is that nipples do not get raw which is always a problem I have running with any shirt that is loose and not form fitting. More of these shirts will be purchased down the road as I continue my journey in marathon training.

Size is normal for compression shirts. I am an XLT normally, and ordered a XL. Length was fine, and I did not need to size up for length. Great price for a running shirt!

Overall I was surprised this compression shirt or any compression garment could help me increase the number of calories I could burn for a set-timed workout on my elliptical machine. It maybe more psychological that any real physical enhancement.

The compression shirt does tightened my flabby chest/torso. I had lost about 20 pounds, and most of it was from my abdominal area. So I have a lot excess skin flapping around my chest and abdominal area when I am working out. The compression shirt does help secure that excess flesh. I look a little better so I might feel a little better, and my workout performance also improved, about 10% more calories. But on days that I feel good I can achieve higher calories score even without the compression shirt, so it could just be psychological.

Fine. This short sleeve shirt is great for exercise; I can''t tell yet upon washing it, but it feels great.
