FitDeck Navy SEAL (Booster)

FitDeck Navy SEALI''ve heard a lot about the fitdeck cards from my buddy who has a deck. I was impressed because they were created by a Navy Seal. My buddies and I would get some wicked workouts with the original fitdeck. Now that they just came out with a navy seal deck, I had to buy it myself. This is not for the faint of heart. There are some brutal pull-ups exercises in there that knocked me out of the box. I''m going back to get the new Bodyweight version too to get even more variety. The Navy Seal deck has 26 cards that are more hard core than the bodyweight deck (which has 56 cards), but the bodyweight deck has all the basics that are done at BUDS, too. This is the perfect combo for anyone looking to do more than 3 sets of 10 reps on the flat bench. I like the spec ops stuff much better.

I also reviewed FitDeck Bodyweight and the Navy Seal pack is a great addition for those wanting to amp up the intensity of their workout.

I use the booster to augment my Bodyweight FitDeck with some higher intensity workouts. The Navy Seal booster pumps up the upper-body portion of your workout with tons of pushup variations, pullup variation, and some total body variations like squat jumps. The exercises themselves are harder as well, with clap pushups and one-armed pushups being a few of the exercises that are possible for those already in good shape.

Very much recommended for those of you who need a bit more intensity in your fitdeck!

Very disappointed in this. Had the bodyweight deck for awhile, and it is 5 stars. This is what is in the Navy Seal booster: Pull Up Regular Grip, Pull Up Wide Grip, Pull Up Close Grip, Pull Up Alternating Grip, Pull Up Mountain Climber (Close Grip), Chin Up (Reverse Grip Pull Up), Pull Up Negative Rep, Pull Up Miscellaneous (Switch Grip Each Rep), Push Up Dive Bomber, Push Up Handstand, Push Up Spiderman (Knees to Elbow on Each Rep), Push Up 1 Arm, Push Up Rotational (One Arm to Sky like Yoga), Push Up Clap Hands, Leg Lever (90 degree Leg Lift), Criss Cross (Legs Back n Forth in Leg Lift Position), Jump and Stick (Jump land on one leg), Iron Mike (Alternating Lunge Jump). I used to do Iron Mikes in the gym ten years ago and some people copied me. Good exercise. Not many new exercises in the deck...with the tough economy should you buy it? The Dive Bomber, Leg Lever, and Criss Cross should be in the Bodyweight deck. I used to do 1 arm pushups ten years ago, and it is a good exercise. Tough. Nothing new. You need a wide pull up bar for this, so I''ll have to modify my pull up bar to work. Also, switching grips in the middle of a pull up set needs a high pullup bar above your reach (no bent leg pull up bar for these). It is nice to have the exercises on cards, so you don''t have to think about what exercise to do next. In the gym, I kept all workouts in my head. Too many chicks turning tricks in the gym and cheating, so I have boycotted the gym for years and workout at home. Get the bodyweight deck and add pullup and pushup varieties and leg raise varieties and skip this deck if the economy is tough. With all respect for the SEALS and Phil. Gets 4 stars for the deck, 1 star for new exercises. If you do not keep exercises in your head, the deck is useful. $15 bucks no big deal to you? Get the deck.

Anyone that spent any time in the military knows about deck of cards PT. These cards are a great boost to a workout. They have a bunch of exercises you might not think about off the top of your head. Great little product to take on a run and use but in these cards is nothing you couldent figure out for free on the internet.

Pretty good work out card series, recommend to add more push up and sit up, as sometimes you won''t really have a bar to pull.

Nice job.
