I have been using the Speedo hydro resistence trainers for arms and legs for 2 months now. Just noticed this belt I was not aware the belts assisted you with "floating" so you could do deep water. Anyway I purchased it and received today AFTER my pool workout. I got right back into the pool to try it out. Amazing! I love it and can really get a different type of workout in now. You can easily fit it too your body and it does not ride up AT ALL! I have researched online websites to get all types of water exercises. My knee is tricky so exercising in the pool is recommended low impact. GREAT results in 6 weeks I have lost 12 lbs.!

Swim belts need to be adjusted after you put them on and this one can''t be adjusted while you are wearing it. It is hard enough to adjust when you are not holding it. It is also too bulky and there are better belts on the market. I can''t let anyone use it because it took me over a half hour to finally get mine at the right size. Although this belt is comfortable and well-designed, the fabric mildews easily, even if one washes the belt after every use and hangs it to dry in a well-ventilated room.
