This might be a great item. However for $11 in shipping and 2 weeks later, I have not received this item. Apparently Astone shipped this FEDex ground to Hawaii. For $4.95 it could have been shipped USPS flat rate and arrived in 4 days.To the credit and integrity of Astone Fitness, customer service has contacted me that they are reviewing their shipping policies to Hawaii and have graciously, without my asking, refunded my shipping charges. I may be more impressed with this action than the stretch strap and the stretch strap will be very useful in my therapy.
