TKO Extreme Training Unisex Waist Trimmer

As a skeptical consumer, I''ve been very impressed and pleased with this product. Although I do want to lose 25lbs (mostly from my midsection), I know it''ll take a couple months of dedicated calorie-counting and exercise. That said, I purchased this product out of curiosity after seeing singer/songwriter P!NK wearing it during her workouts and rehearsal for her Funhouse tour.

MY EXPERIENCE: I''ve been running for about a year, and I got the TKO Waist Trimmer a short while ago. I wear it against my skin, under my shirt, with the top of it meeting my sports bra. During my workouts and runs, I can feel my abs being engaged for the entire time. After every workout, I peel the waist trimmer off and my stomach is literally dripping with sweat. I''ve noticed a dramatic difference since using the waist trimmer I have less fat around my stomach and hips, and my abs are becoming defined. I''ve lost 4lbs in the last 2 weeks of using it, and my body fat percentage has lowered as well. The waist trimmer really enhances the tummy-slimming and fat-burning effects of my runs and workouts.

SUMMARY: If you are looking for a magic pill to give you a six-pack overnight, this is not the product for you. If you eat well, exercise regularly, and just want a little help in slimming down your midsection, I HIGHLY recommend wearing the TKO Waist Trimmer while exercising, especially while doing cardio.

When I got this product it arrived nicely packaged in a box. However the box looked like it had been previously opened. This does have a very strong neoprene smell (think wet suit) but after I threw it in the wash it did seem to help.

I have been using it at the gym with me for almost three weeks now when doing cardio. I have noticed a huge increase in the amount of sweat I have during my workouts. So much so that I have started to put a small washcloth sized towel in between me and this waist trimmer. After using this in my spinning class I came out is my short and back being completely soaked (kinda gross I know) but effective.

As far as weight loss, without changing my normal habits (eating, working out etc.) I have not really noticed a huge difference. However I have noticed that my mid section seems to be a little less flabbier (I don''t have measurements, sorry!), especially on my back area. It could be all be a mental thing, but one thing is for sure this will make you sweaty!

Like the previous reviewer said its not a magic trick, you still actually have to work out to get the results, but I think overall it helps.

No, this product did not measure up. I have used it 3 times and the last time I removed it, it was tearing away from the Velcro closer. I would not buy this product again.
