Seems to work well but EMS isn''t for everyone. I read a lot of good reviews so I got the item. But it wasn''t compatible with me. The contractions make some people "go #2" and after 2 months of using it I had stomach pains. I am not sure if it''s linked to the item. But each time I put on the belt it irritated my stomach and caused nausea. Again this could just be me being sensitive to the electric signal it sends. I am not sure. I am thinking about returning it, waiting another year and getting it again to see if it really is caused by the belt.
