I bought the xl size. i followed the sizing chart and according to the chart it should defintely fit me, if not be a little bit to big. Unfortunately it does not fit...waste of my money!

I bought this item for a friend that has been trying to get back into shape. She is on the bigger side so I bought her a XL. When I received the item I was very disappointed. The item came in a box that looked like it was from the 80s with a label over the box that said "AlphaBrace" (picture attached). Then I pulled out the alphaband and it was so SMALL!
