Heavy duty materials, well constructed, not at all flimsy or fragile. Fits with enough room so that getting it on and off is not a struggle. Best use is for dust-free storing and transportation. I tried leaving the cover on during use but there is enough slack in the fit that some folds develop in the vinyl mid-section fabric and you can feel them as you roll.
Had this for over a year and it''s perfect! It covers and protects my foam roller, very easy to put on/take off and it looks good too.
