Elite Cords Resistance Bands 5 pack with Travel Bag

Received the bands and they are as advertized. They look to be good quality. I choose this product mainly because it comes with an extra set of grips which will be easier to change between band setups while doing p90x. Only thing missing is an instruction manual for the bands. I guess the next thing would be to see if these are durable.

Been using these bands for a while now, they are tough! resistance is good, the quick latch system makes changing bands fast and easy. The system came with everything you need to get a good workout at a great price. The jump rope is a little cheesy but it works. Over all its comparable to more expensive bands on the market.

I''m very impressed with this deal. The cords are high quality and provide smooth resistance. Great for p90x and working out when traveling. Can''t quite do squats like non clipping systems, but provide a very high amount of resistance. You don''t need more resistance than this package gives you. Also, am really enjoying the jump rope and DVD. I usually don''t use them, but with the DVD it makes it easy to follow along. Thanks!

o i have it for few days first thing that bothers me is that it came without instructions. not a big deal but id like to have it. second thing is about dvd its total crap its only about jump rope. rope itself is cheep. otherwise product seems cool
