BodyCraft F602 Flat / Incline / Decline Bench

BodyCraft F602 Flat / Incline / Decline BenchI just received it and assembled it today, and am very impressed by the quality. I had looked at benches at Dick''s Sporting Goods and Sears, but all of their floor models were junk. They were wobbly and flimsy and had narrow bases, and if a pin fell out you could hurt yourself. Not so with the F602 bench--it''s heavy (82 pounds!) welded and bolted steel construction is very strong and solid as a rock. I just ordered the leg extension/leg curl attachment for it.

This bench, in combination with this attachment, my treadmill, and dumbbells, will let me do nearly all of the exercises that I used to go to the YMCA to do. You don''t see quality products like this much anymore. If you can afford to spend a little more for something that will be a pleasure to use each time, and rugged enough to last a lifetime (it also comes with a lifetime warranty), you won''t go wrong with this bench.

Very sturdy bench. The only way you are going to get better than this is if you buy a commercial one for $1500 or more. I was going to get the bodysolid GFID31 bench but I read reviews of that bench being too high off the ground and this one is just right.
