I thought I would give this a try and I''m so, so glad I did. This is a challenging dvd set and one that you will not outgrow very readily. The most challenging component is the Yoga session! Brooke uses excellent cuing and is inspirational and positive. I am looking for other Benton kettle bell dvd to supplement this set because I so admire her style and kettle bell strategies that really work for me. I wouldn''t hesitate to buy this, but be prepared to struggle a bit at first until you have gained some necessary strength!

The videos are excellent but, very intense. They are not for beginners! I enjoy the variety they afford me in my workout routine. I also like that they are only 30 minutes long which makes it easy to fit into my daily schedule.

I regularly workout at the Y, trying different classes with little or no results. In less than 2 months, I''ve noticed a huge difference in my body shape & weight! If you are an intermediate or advanced user of kettlebells, this set of workout dvds by Brook Benton would be something you are searching for. What I like the most about this set (especially the Cardio Kettlebell one) is that it combines movements for for your ENTIRE body. I have several other dvds about kettlebell workout, but most of them separate workout into upper body, lower body, core, and cardio. By using Brook Benton''s dvd, I can combine all of the workout together and seriously, it felt so good every time I finished a session (around 30 minutes). There are some challenging movements, but the more you practice them, the easier you will catch up with the fast pace of the workout. Highly-recommended!

This is the first kettlebell workout I have tried and it is very effective. I like the format and the yoga incorporated in the program. I am definately getting more results in 30 minutes that I was getting in 50-60 in my traditional work out programs. Over all I am very happy with the workout series. Lots of squats, not recommenend for anyone having knee problems. My problem was that all 3 of the CD''s in the series have flaws and stopped the workouts so that I have to manuver the cd''s past the flaws. This must happen often as there was a 1-800# in the case to call and have the cd''s replaced. I called and to my suprise they replaced the cd''s on the spot no questions ask.
