i looked at a 5 pack first, the 6 pack (heart rate monitor) was the extra.

the readings from the jump rope and the heart rate monitor are relitivley close.

the resistance band can be doubled to add more resistance , since its six feet long theres plenty to work with.

Most all in one kits through in something that isn''t very useful....i''m happy to say all is used continuesly

without any real complaint, most affordable kit with this type equipment.....awesome value, we luvvv!

You really get a lot for your money in this set. Everything that''s listed comes in the kit, it''s all simple equipment but pretty effective. Though it nice to add the mini HR monitor to the mix.

I set up the equipment in a circle and work my way around. I like changing my workout quickly between the various equipment.

A nice low impact exercise set. Good price for a complete package. I like that i can do many different exercises, though not a big fan of jumping rope, its nice it was included. Everything in this kit is pretty well made, and I think it should last. It comes with a heart rate monitor which I like and saved some money rather than buying one. I like it overall.

this set is good if you aren''t looking for too serious of a workout and don''t want to spend a lot. Everything in it is average and not complicated to use..

the heart rate monitor is a bit slow at registering your rate, but i like having one.

The push up bars are cool, they feel durable. Haven''t jump roped in ages either but the jump rope that keeps your count etc is good to have.

Not bad all in all..
